Toyota diff drop

I found someone selling a Toyota diff drop. They don’t have a part number for me but says it fits 03-17 4runner, fj, 99-18 tundra, and 99-20 Tacoma. He also said it should fit the GX. With all that said, I’m not sure if it’s something I even need to worry about. I have a 2” ome lift and 285-70-17R tires. So I think around 3” of lift. They only want 20$ so it’s not the investment I’m worried about. Any insight would be great. Thanks

Yeah they all pretty much use the same kit. Just longer bolts and some machined spacers.

But dont expect a significant change in the axle angle with these. I have the same kit on my gx and it was slightly different after install. However ...i shrugged my shoulders since its 30 bucks. Theres a lot of debate on whether these really make a difference. Luckily the gx has pretty good cv angles even after a lift.

I did the diff drop. Seems to be ok.

now I need some custom skid plate cause the diff drop bolts conflict with the plate.

Just buy spacers to adjust the skidplate.
