Also, looking for a complete toyota CB40F CB radio

Hello,

I've recently aquired a CB40M and am wanting to I stall it in my '64 FJ40. If there is an economy of scale, perhaps @Coolerman could assist us? The harness is probably as rare as hens teeth.

Was just communicating with @HelloKitty65 on this. If you are just looking to make a CB40M work and not have it interface with a factory AM or AM/FM radio, only 2 of the wires in that 6-terminal connector are used — power and ground. The external monitor speaker connects to the RCA jack pigtail. The 2 standalone bullet connectors are for a PA loudspeaker (optional). The other 4 wires in the big connector are not used for simple installation.

Thanks for the info. I was going for the complex route though.

Not to change the subject, but a big shout out/THANKS to @oregon fj for telling me about, negotiating the price, _and_ picking up the CB for me. It was an out-of-town drive for him (it would of been out-of-state for me).
AND I should mention, extending sage advice on wiring.
