Toyota brake booster compatibility

Can anyone give me a breakdown of which Toyota brake boosters are a bolt on replacement for an FJ60. Also, are there any other benefits to getting a newer brake booster other than lower price and more availability?

no real benefit.. The 60 series booster is a good unit.

Yeah, my brake booster on it's way out. I'm wondering if I should have Booster Dewey rebuild mine or get a later model.

depends on the price that dewey will charge you.

I would just go to the wrecking yard and pick up a good one.

I think Beaufort found a cheap place for boosters tho..
