Nice write up on your install.

That cross member with the skid plate looks nice. You are welding the plates to the frame with holes for through bolts so you can remove it? Does it support the back of the transfer case and under the transmission?

Thanks for the good words. I welded tabs to a plate and welded that to the frame. The plate had 4 holes in the center for fill welding. The x member is under the toybox mount with tubing to the tranny mount, I cut the stock crossmember down to just the mounting holes.

Thanks on the crossmember 650. Your build is crazy, I have been watching it since the start, you have skill. I was going to bob mine but dicided agaist it, to much for me to take on at once. I would like to later after it is running. Have you tested that gas tank yet? How much fuel did you get in there?

Haven't put the tank in yet because i can't find one of the straps, i think i may have thrown it out by accident.
Once again i am in the market for a Toybox, did you get yours from this latest batch?
I Emailed for info but have not heard back yet, Christmas and all.
