You don't know Leonard very well....
I'm guessing having excess carrying capacity is a nice thing to have. Get a flat or blow out a spindle on one side and you're still okay if you have three 7K axles.
I question why someone would go triple axles using 3.5K axles? Less carrying capacity than two 7K axles.
