Project for the right person:
We have a 1989 Ford F350 Crew Cab that was going to be built into a ultimate tow rig project. It is all white with a snug fit cap. The rear wall was cut out for a walk through with plans for additional 3rd row seating and camping gear. A second Ford crew cab was bought as a donor and is included. The original interior has already been swapped out for the nicer blue color interior with bucket seats up front. Has a class IV hitch with trailer brake controller. We have used it to tow cruisers and it has plenty enough power. A/C system has been completely replaced with all new components.
Currently has the 460 V8, and C6 auto trans - and the donor truck has the 4 spd auto with Overdrive (which we recommend installing). The truck has roughly 100K on it and the donor truck has only 100k on it as well. So you get a second extra spare low mile engine. New 3" exhaust has been done from the header back with a Magnaflow muffler. It has a cat delete, so you would need to put one back in there for emissions testing - we opted for power and tone until testing was needed again. Truck has passed every smog test since new including when the current tags were put on it.
Later plans were to cut the other truck in half and make a matching trailer from the rear half. We can leave that up to the future owner.
Truck runs and is tagged, but is best for a project oriented
buyer since it is a "unfinished" project.
Willing to accept offers on it as is, can have finished to your spec, or possible trade
as-is for a running tagged Cruiser.
