Is anybody with TC uppers having contact here? Driver side is worse.

Wow. And no! Like Dan said, are your bump stops in place?
 
Bump stops in place, I'm not sure what's going on. Shock is the limiter.

Was thinking that the bumps were the limiter on the 100 and not the shocks for up travel? Is this a profender thing?
 
The bump stop is the up travel limiter, shock is the down travel. Pro Fenders are longer, but the bump stop should prevent contact.

Not there, unless you lower it to prevent contact.

For the minimal rub that's occurring, I'd free up the real estate with a BFH, and call it good, if the bumps are prohibiting tire contact or spindle bolt hitting the inner.

If you're not rubbing anywhere else, beat on the inner fender, and bask in the glory of achieving significant wheel travel, if that's the only contact area.
 
Was looking at mine and can see no way that they could make contact with the inner fender wells. Could your fender wells be loose?

Now you can use a wrench instead of a puller and a hammer to sep the upper and change CV's on the trail!

I would like to see that. 2 hrs of fail today. Puller will be in hand for me tomorrow.
