Interesting. If rake does not affect driveability (unless of course alignment is changed from increasing rake), what would be the proper course of action to improve driveability with a more level stance? UCAs with more adjustment?

At level stance, the Toyota dealership that did the alignment said everything was within spec, but the front end seems a little unstable and wants to track/pull into uneven surfaces on the road.

How wide are your tires ?
 
I think you need to qualify what Slee said... He's right about rake in absolute terms. The challenge is that OFTEN when leveling these trucks you run out of down travel (droop) when you raise the front end. That will make the truck skittish in itself. Add reduced Caster and you really have a hand full.
