Hey all, been trolling the forums looking for torque specs for the intake manifold, starter, and rear coolant crossover pipe (the one that goes to the heater T). Also need torque specs for water temp sensor.

Here’s what I’ve found so far and what I’m still looking for. Any help would be appreciated! Confirmation on what I’ve got would also be appreciated as well…

Water bypass cylinder block 13 ft-lb

Starter 29 ft-lb

Fuel rail 15 ft-lb

Still looking for

Intake Manifold x Block

Water temp sensor (19mm head for sensor)

Find the FSM for your year/model there and you'll be in torque spec heaven along with additional repair related goodies

Looks good. 13ft-lbf for intake manifold. I don't see a torque spec for the two coolant temp sensors. Tight enough. snug it up if it leaks.

Sweet, thank you! Saving that pic. Is there a torque spec you can find for that rear crossover pipe? I was searching all over and couldn’t find it… it has thinner metal gaskets which I think will require more torque than the manifold.

That should be the top pipe in the image I sent. 13 ft lbf
