I am trying to remove the metal pipe under the intake manifold that metal pipe is spinning loose but not coming out, is there a way to remove for it? A rubber hose for SAIS is rock solid, even a knife can't cut this hose, how to remove that one too?

Timmy the Toolman has a video on this. YouTube.

I have been watching timmy the tool man's channel for a long time. I like timmy's channel because he discusses minute details. Will try to look for the specific video.

Found his video and the exact spot where he removes that metal pipe. I’ve cut that hose at least a hundred times, and it’s finally off. But I’m still struggling with the metal pipe. I need to take a break from the car and clear my head maybe then it’ll finally come out.

Success! When I was just about to call it a day, I gave it a last tug and it came out. The previous owner had used silicon right next to the O ring and that's why it was giving me hard time. I even wedge and pry bar against the ear and hit it with a 4 pounds hammer and still it didn't budge. Now I can relax.
