Torn CV boot repair (1 Viewer)

I found a 1 inch tear in my inner cv boot. Caught it early and only lost about a teaspoon worth of grease. Since I didn't have time to replace I sealed the tear with Locktite blue RTV. The repair has held for 100 miles so far. I'm going to include RTV in my tool kit from now on.
