I hate that it has come to this. :(

About 2 weeks ago my 80 quit on me while commuting to work. PLEASE READ before asking questions as it is currently NOT running:

I purchased the vehicle in December of 2014, everything was in good running order minus a notable exhaust leak and a few electrical issues. The electrical stuff turned out to only be some blown fuses and bulbs. Replaced all of those and have spent the past 3 months working on the cosmetics.
About three weeks ago replaced the exhaust from the headers back, noted a significant increase in power, took it on the hwy and ran it up to 75mph. After exiting started hearing a slight knock at higher rpm's when shifting gears. Knock was also present at cold start, and I could feel the knock on the valve cover. I am not mechanically inclined past a  type job so I scheduled with a local shop to check it out fearing that it might be my timing chain flopping around. As irony would have it, the day it was scheduled was the same day it seized.
Had it towed to the shop regardless, they said the whole thing was frozen and I needed a new engine. I know these things just don't "die," and I'm sure just from a laziness stand point that they didn't even try to troubleshoot further than trying to get it going with a crank shaft. At the time that it seized there was no signs of overheating, engine oil was good, and no signs of water so my best guess would be that a valve broke.
I am having it towed to my house and will pop open the cover to produce some pictures that will be posted later.

My dilemma is that it was my DD and I do not have the time to be down a whole vehicle. I may be willing to sell it as is instead of troubleshooting. I just don't know what a fair price would be to ask so I'll just throw $2000 out there, it has 216k miles, feel free to critique that figure.

Pics are below, selling with original rims and radials (pictured separately) as I just dropped 1500 in some KO2 tires and would like to hold on to them. Add-ons that come with it are an aftermarket bluetooth receiver and new speakers and 2" wheel spacers. Also includes everything I have taken off which are running boards, mud flaps, & front + rear bumper caps. No rust, southern truck its whole life.

No Lockers

Pics of the interior located a couple posts down.

Sold to a non-but-soon-to-be-mudder. Army Captain out of Fayetteville, NC. They have a shop on base that helps with any kind of mechanical needs, and only charges fr what they pay for parts. He is going to re-build it then make it into an expo vehicle in his up-coming tour to Alaska. Hate to see it go, but picked up an H3 last weekend. It will fit the bill for now. My daughter cried when they came for the 80. :(
