I ordered a few tools from Toyota in the U.S. using the original part numbers about a year ago. At that time, open-end wrenches, spark plug wrench, lug wrench, pliers, double-end screwdriver, and tool bag were available.
The site Toyotapartsoverstock.com appears to be the online parts store for Lakeland Toyota in Lakeland, FL. For tool-related parts I've checked, they have the same availability as other online Toyota parts dealers.
All the original part numbers were superseded, and the tools were not vintage, but generic varieties.
This is what the wrenches look like (from eBay tanker-120)
Toyota still offers tools similar to what was in the tool kits, as service tools. All these (except for grease pump, spark plug wrench, wrench clip, and rick_d tool roll) were purchased from Japan in February of 2013.
Part numbers for the service tools, the 2013 tool catalog, and ordering information can be found in the
Refurbishing an Early Tool Roll thread.
