I would swap them, setup the black for summer, ~12.5K and run the blue hubs in the winter. But really don't see the "need" for two setups, the summer setup works fine in the winter?

Blues are working great albeit with a lot of noise. Blacks with 3K will be a nice (quiet) break.

If you want quiet, get an Eaton. They have an anti-drain back device, so only roar when needed. If setup/working correctly the Aisin should only roar when cold started and when needed.
