Yep. I'm by fuller lake.

the dot is just generic from postal code, but chemainus ain't all that big.

Pretty sure I've seen that truck. Might have a part time kit in it from radd if its the one I think it is.

And speaking of rust, a 45 with a weird contraption on top of it.

Not entirely sure if it once carried kayaks or the pope...

Yeah, I thought that thing was pretty cool too. Custom AWD diesel wagon, what more could you want.

I almost bought a syncro wagon a year ago that had been converted to diesel...mind you it was 5500 dollars cheaper...

looks like the same car that was 800 bucks with it's original gas engine still in it last fall. sounds like he spent some money on the conversion tho.

Cool little cars. HUGE inside.

Not sure I'd want to be buying parts to repair a 20 year old rare german awd system though. $$$

Saw a post on the tdi boards where a guy rebuilding one bought the second to last driveshaft in germany for his build...ouch.
