And not one pic!

They were featured in the August issue of Overlander (fitted to a 79 series).

I'm still looking for pics, though.

Is this the only other air locker in the market? If so, will the added competition lower the price of ARBs?

If it does, I think it will take a few years for any noticeable, if any, lowering of the price. ARB is well established, has great customer service and a huge network. Right now the TJM is an unknown as far as durability and has limited applications. Would be nice, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Well, they have shipped me extra seals and assorted parts for my jeep at no cost, even after the warranty period. My Toy V6 rear on the other hand, I had to pay for those seals, but that was ok. Some of my other friends have had the same luck, so as far as I am concerned, yeah pretty great customer service. Can't please everyone I guess.

I agree. My opinion varies every time I talk to them. I had great service with little things like O rings and switches. But when I had a bad locker that would not unlock the guy I had to deal with was a jerk. It turned out I had a bad pin. I fixed it myself with an emery cloth and a lot of patience. And this was on a brand new install that had not even been wheeled. I understand that everyone has a bad day now and then and that a bad product can slip out once awhile. But you have to step up when there is a problem.
