Looks decent. But I hate the T-slots on the TJM bumpers. Yeah, probably great for jacking, but you can't shunt the truck over (say, to shift it out of a rut) without mangling the bumper. I like ARB's open slot better.
Hmm, the TJM's used to look unique (I really liked the T15 for the 100 Series), but now they look more and more like ARBs with each new release, not that that's necessarily a bad thing...

That doesn't look half bad. I am interested in how they incorporated the plastic piece under the headlights to work with the bar..I guess making the bullbar to replace the entire bumper cover was either too complicated or expensive.

Hmmmm just a thought... I am guessing that this will stop the parking sensors from working... I wonder if holes could be drilled and the sensors inserted into the new bumper.
UPDATE:
I notice the brochure mentions the parking sensors. I will be giving them a call next week!

With that bullbar, you shouldn't worry about bumping into anything!

Both ARB and TJM are testing the lifts for KDSS 200's now.
ARB said it will be just under 2".
Also the ARB 100 series rear Diff lock has been tested in the 200 and will be available in Jan. It will be the same part number as the 100 Diff lock. The front is a different story. Probably June.
The snorkel on the SEMA 200 was a prototype TJM one. It will be available ( in black only) at the end of Jan.

dtt-looks like you're going to be able to start your mods pretty soon.
The install of the bullbar requires a front bumper cut. This is getting to be very common on newer 4wd's. Sorta nerve racking cutting into and facing the possibility of junking a brand new bumper.... a steady hand, measure twice, cut once.
Also, the new alloy bar for the 200 from TJM will be due out early to mid january, TJM have already spent considerable time fast tracking the bullbar and snorkel design as seen on the demo truck at SEMA. Keep checking the website for the latest additions.

That sucks, but seemed inevitable given the new body design.
I wonder if it would be possible to make some formed plastic "skirts" that cover the gaps between the bumper and sheetmetal, and could be painted to match the body, so you just replace the entire OEM tupperware piece and put on these "skirts" if that makes sense.

That is a much better idea than cutting a perfectly good bumper! I am liking the 200 more and more.
sadly DCLEE, although thats a great idea, when we do the bumper cut, we also accomodate for manufacturing differences in both the vehicle and the bull bar behing installed. The differences are enough that the finished product looks much better when you use the existing bumper.

I want to take them to a local shop and see if they think it is something they want to tackle.

well if you made the fill in section a little larger, and let it be a cut to fit it would look just as good as cutting the stock bumper without destroying the stock bumper. i think that would be the best idea.

Dtt255, i'll see what i can get hold of. The hardest part of the install is the bumper cut, TJM destructions give you all the measurements etc that you need. Its a 2 banana job at best, if you feel up to it. The hardest part is the initial mounting of the bar, its always nice to have two guys holding the bar while the other throws in the mounting bolts.
BTW the steel bars are reasonable heavy, so be safe and slow when you work with them.

It would not be something I would do. It is something I would take to a shop I have used in the past. I just wanted to give them a copy of the instructions and see their thoughts before starting the trek.
Where is that rear bumper from?
