MICHELIN 11. 00R16 TIRE what size tire would this be? its a military tire that I think I can get a good deal on although I don't think they are DOT.

Wasn't looking at those sites, a freind was looking at 8 and asked if I would be interested in a set. I was hoping 33" or 34" ish.
