Ladies and Gents, We have a new milestone to announce.
Two (2) Terrapod RTTx tents were hit with CRAZY winds while camping in a storm system that blew through TN a couple weeks ago. Our 2 customers both reported sustained winds of 40+mph with gusts of up to 55+mph with a tornado touching down just Southeast of the encampment. Both had zero damage and the tents performed fantastic.
Now...while this new information is another fantastic result of what our tents can do, WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING TUNED INTO LOCAL WEATHER REPORTING. PLEASE PLAN YOUR TRIPS ACCORDINGLY AND CAMP SAFE.
When is comes time to choose your next Adventure RTT, choose wisely.

Out here in the southwest spring winds can reach that sustained 40 mph point regularly. I've been out in it and it sucks for sure. But, with experience of sustained 40 mile an hour winds and gusts up to 60 and 70 or more, that is a amazing testament to build quality and durability of your product!
And certainly, be advised and he3d weather warnings in the area. From experience things can change and predictions can change from the time a trip is planned versus departure time versus the event one two or a few days into a long trip..

One of our local GA customers recently passed away. His widow reached out and asked for our help to sell his recently acquired Terrapod RTTx XL tent. The tent is a Light Grey Fabric with full options including lid rack, Exped Mattress and a black rainfly. Tent was installed in early March this year, is in like-new condition and has never been slept in. The tent is located in Athens, GA. However, Terrapod will organize install at our Gainesville, GA headquarters.
All proceeds will go to the owner's family. Please contact me directly and I will forward the owner's info.

Sad to hear this. I'm also located in Athens and will do my best to spread the word. Condolences to his family.
RIP, Is it offered at retail ? or whats the price ? And, is there a slide option for getting out of the dam things ? Up & in seems easy but dismount is akward ( my ole fat arse is too stiff first thing to be on american ninja.)
