Tips on getting the nut off the Exhaust manifold

I was in the proscess of deleting my EGR system and I got stuck on the manifold nut. I have been soaking in PB blaster for a few days. I figured I would JB weld it for now. Does anybody have any tips on getting the nut off the Exhaust manifold For the EGR system? 92 LC 3FE

Get a MAP torch, apply some heat; let it cool and then apply heat again. This should assist in loosening the nut. OR If you don't mind replacing the nut; you can use a nut cracker.

Irwin makes really good nut removers for when nuts are rusted/rounded/rotten. It got my oxygen sensor nuts off in a quick minute, to my amazement. The sets come in different sizes, so pick the best size for your application.

If you don’t have a oxy/acetylene torch, that MAP gas and a quality torch head is a lot of bang for the buck - the good heads are ~$50 & a MAP bottle (yellow ones in Lowes/Home Depot) are ~$8 & get way hotter than propane does.

Can you get an air chisel up in where you need it?
You may be able to carefully split and unscrew the nut with one application of the air chisel.

An impact wrench set to low torque can sometimes loosen the rust enough to remove the nut as well. Be careful not to twist off though.

I got it off, breaker bar and 32mm socket! But I broke a vacuum line. Does anybody know what it is?

the only thing thats close to 32mm would be the egr nut, but how would you even get a socket over that?

That is what is termed a "gas filter" but based upon your picture it appears you don't have a 1FZ-FE which is shown in the following link.
