I picked up a set of 80 series OEM's recently, and they're real clean...just need a slight touch up where the clear coat has flaked off at the edges of the machined finish. Is this possible to do, without entirely refinishing the wheels? I appreciate hearing from any of you, who have experience with a light touch up of the OEM finish. Here's a pic of the oxidation at the edges of the spokes. Would I scrub with a green scotch brite, then spray clear, or?

I had slightly worse clear coat flaking so i ended up having the entire wheel repainted. I was informed by the shop that the clearcoat on machined finish wheels would look off if they were retouched and its difficult to replicate.
