Wow - that's impressive. Nicely done.

My attempt earlier this year after tue winter wheeling season ended and spring started. I need to do it again, but I doubt I'll put as much effort as above.

Thanks guys! Being unemployed right now afforded me a LOT of time to do this. That and the wife and kids were gone for a month.

The rust when I started was depressing. Living in California... it isnt something I expected. However, there have been a lot of winter trips and "some" driving in saltwater over the years. It gave me a good chance to base line the underside and rebuild everything at the same time (bushings, suspension, etc.

I plan to put FluidFilm on the underside.

How do you put inside of doors? Through drain holes? Concerns with speakers/wires?

As winter rolls in - do you still run underbody flush at the car wash? Or wait till the end of the winter and then do underbody wash?

I just did the bottom with FluidFilm. Didn't bother with spraying inside the doors... just tried to cover all readily exposed/accessible areas from beneath.

I too would be curious about what folks do with the car wash... for now I was planning on taking a look to see how it goes over the winter and then decide...
