Any one play up in this area? I'm sure someone has ;).

Went for a random drive and ended up partially in it. Gas light came on so didn't get a chance to explore more.

that whole area is my old stomping grounds.

there are trails for days leading from GP all the way out to applegate etc.

if you look on that section on a regular map, you can see the mountain is perimetered from hwy 238 and hwy 99.

let me know when you want to tear it up. its getting pretty hot to be out there these days tho0ugh.

Isn't that just the backside of John's Peak?? I've gone over it and ended up in Gold Hill before.

, if the weather cools off for a weekend drive I'd love to go explore some.

I came north on Old Stage and up Kane Creek completley randomly, passed the OHV sign/map/etc and followed for few miles.

Still have never been up to John's P.

Been around that area some, seems most of it is setup for motorcycles/4-wheelers or just plain old dirt rodes.

There are some crazy steep hills around there though, if anyone wants to try doing a backflip....

theres plenty of places to scratch nicely painted 80's :flipoff2:

If you know of any, lemme know. Even G's 80 is looking kinda ragged these days.

HA HA! But honestly Johns Peak, Griffin Mtn, Anderson and Applegate are the places I grew up WheelN. So ANYTIME you guys want to do some WheelN I'm IN!!!
