May help find your car in a crowded parking lot, but not theft recovery.

I basically have GPS tracking in my truck. The only thing is my ham radio has to be on and set to a certain frequency. As long as the APRS is running I can go to the APRS website and type in my call sign. Free basically, Just need radio and GPS. Can even send messages from a computer to my radio or from radio to radio.
