I recently changed rotors and pads on my 200. However I didn't use red locktight. I think I will loosen each bolt a locktite them tomorrow. I need to know the torque rating for the caliper bolts and the wheel studs as well. Thanks in advance

The 2 front caliper bolts require 70 ft/lbs
The 2 rear caliper bolts require 65 ft/lbs

If you have aluminum wheels, the torque setting for the studs is 97 ft/lbf
If you have steel wheels, the torque setting for the studs is 154 ft/lbf

I just used an air gun and torque wrench didn't use loctite. Haven't crashed through a wall... Not yet anyway :p
In my case I don't think loctite is required for gcc spec vehicles once the sand gets embedded in the threads it's a :censor: to get the nuts off.

i've done several brake jobs over the years and i've never used loctite. unless the FSM indicates using loctite or its equivalent, i wouldn't do it. if anything, i'd consider anti seize if i was in a really harsh environment. i just did all 4 wheels on my wife's LX570 a few months ago and no issues so far with torqued only bolts.
