sounds exactly like mine and its nearing 600k
you may want to wet the drive belts with a garden hose to eliminate any noise they may be making but to me sounds normal

Sounds very close to mine and I am 149K. Asked my mechanic the same question not 1 week again and he said it sounds healthy for our trucks age.
