Throttle and AC help (1 Viewer)

Hello all, new to me 99 LC. I have baselined the vehicle over the past few months (wp,tb,thermastat,etc...) and most recently replaced the throttle body. I have been chasing this noise for over a month now. When the AC is on and I accelerate, the rpms sound like they are fluctuating up and down. The sound instantly goes away when I turn off the air. I have attached link to video and you can hear when I turn off the air. I am relatively new to maintaining a car of this age but am willing and able to tackle most items I have encountered. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
