No AC

Recently fully lost air conditioning in my 100 series, looked under the hood and saw this hose completely ripped in half-anybody know what this goes to/if it’s definitely my culprit?

I think the only rubber hose comming upwards in that area would be the front diff breather; nothing to do with the AC.

i also cannot think of any rubber hoses in that area
