eBay Thoughts on 2005 LC on ebay?

I've had my eye on a 2005 Land Cruiser that has 3 days left on ebay (no reserve):

It is located in Las Vegas, and the seller appears to be a dealer. I found the same cruiser listed for sale on "Nevada Cheap Cars" after googling the address listed in the auction:

Any thoughts? Does this appear to be legit, or is it a potential scam? The seller has no feedback for prior sales, and I can't find a BBB entry or any reviews for the dealership.

I gave the seller a call, and he mentioned that he has no prior service records, as he bought the truck at an auction. He also claimed to have the title in-hand.

The guy is a legit dealer - I used to see his listing all the time on CL when I lived in Vegas. He used to sell exclusively Range Rovers, but now it looks like he sells LCs too. Personally I always thought his prices were way too high however if it will truly be a no reserve sale it's possible to get a decent deal on it. I imagine most dealers will just end the auction early though if it's not high enough towards the end. His price of $24.5k is way too high IMO.

Thanks for the info. I might consider having it inspected (I live in OR), but that might end up being a waste of money if he ends the auction early.
