I've had my eye on a 2005 Land Cruiser that has 3 days left on ebay (no reserve):

It is located in Las Vegas, and the seller appears to be a dealer. I found the same cruiser listed for sale on "Nevada Cheap Cars" after googling the address listed in the auction:

Any thoughts? Does this appear to be legit, or is it a potential scam? The seller has no feedback for prior sales, and I can't find a BBB entry or any reviews for the dealership.
I gave the seller a call, and he mentioned that he has no prior service records, as he bought the truck at an auction. He also claimed to have the title in-hand.
