I've got quite a few small cheap tools that no Cruiserhead should go without.

Impact driver. 9.99

c clip pliers
the good bearing greasers (the one you fill with grease, put bearing in and step on)

Snap-On angle wrenches (only company to make 30*/60* combination) bring your wallet though

universal joint sockets - stop messing with socket and U-joint combination, pure crap.

another plug for magnetic bowls, the more the better

I have some 12" hemostats. It's great for holding onto bolts and stuff where your fingers can't go, pinching off tubing, etc.

I also use a length of silicone vacuum tubing (3mmID). I stick one end of the tubing around the top of a spark plug, then I twist the tubing to help get the spark plug started. Works great where the plugs are just out of reach or otherwise in accessible (#6 on the 2F, or #8 on my sunbeam tiger). I no longer drop spark plugs then have to re-gap or replace.

X2 on the magnetic wand and the hemostats.

At the last company I worked for I found a ~2.5' long broom handle in the trunk of the company vehicle that had "hood stick" written on it. Apparently it was for propping the hood open on the vehicle. My thought though was that it was a "hood stick" for keeping handy when one would venture too far into the wrong 'hood. Everyone should have a "hood stick".

mine came with a 'hood stick' too, I have since replaced it with something a bit more functional...

i dont like to use the impact drivers. cause somtimes you can murder the fastener.

i use a vey simple method that works every time:

2 hammers; a 16oz and a 5oz ball peen.
the correct size screwdriver. im most of my cases i use a #4 screwdriver.
like this one:

see the 5/16 base? thats for the 5/16 wrench

i use the 16oz to hit the smaller one, with the ball peen in the center of the screw. give it a few good whacks
this somewhat mushrooms the fastener, which is good.
then insert and whack the phillips into the slot.
use a 5/16 wrench to turn it, and at the same time push it.

this method works every time for me. i have a reputaion at my shop and with my friends as the guy that can screw anything.

wait.

The female end of and O2 cannula, about 3 ft in lenth...
Its used in the hospital setting to give patients oxygen via the nostrils.
Fits PERFECTLY over brake bleed valves and allows a good view of the air bubbles coming out, as its clear!

Personally, I would be lost with out a torch. When I come to a bolt that is stuck I have found that head is the best thing for it. Easpically if the nut is welded inside of the frame, or some other unaccessable place. I have never broken a bolt that I could heat up, there are some that you cant however. Like next to the gas tank:idea:.
It also works great on bolts that have been loctited. Sometimes brute force is not the best answer.

The funky flexible device with a claw on the end for grapping stuff (especially for non-metallic things and things that won't budge with a magnet)

Snap-on makes a flexible device that allows you to compress the spring-style hose clamp, and decompress when in position--way handy

These RoboGrip pliers

I end up pulling them out for most of my projects.

A large selection of cheap clamps and zip ties.

my LED headlamp - again it seems to come out on every project and is a must have for vehicle trips.

Air tools are a must, gear wrenches and my project "thinkin" chair.
