Got a good offer for $10K already so I guess that's the price?? Haven't given the guy a yes yet. Sellers remorse??

Offers are only good if cash actually shows up! One thing I learned from flipping is never get your hopes up and never believe anything till the $$$$ hits the bank account!

What a terrible sickness this is, I have it also. I buy a cruiser,fix it up and add Powder coated parts and stainless bolts and Por 15ing and then when Im done I want to sell it . Just to start again. Do we think the next owner gives a rats ass that there is 500 dollars worth of stainless s*** on it. I am doing the same think as john did to his pumpkin..and when it is finished I know I will put it on ebay at least one time. Even though we both have made some money doing this I think it is not worth it .. Maybe it's just bordom .. Let me go hang myself now from the rafters. How much do yu want for the pumpkin ????????????

I'm sure the AZ sun would melt it back to green quickly....
