nick

hey nick.
maybe a trip to sonoma is due? i hear there's a great little restaurant smack downtown......
yeah, still have the 60. want it? call me.......

forgot to mention, the body has been off the frame. the frame was stripped down and painted with rust-inhibiting paint. same goes for the axles. front axle has been converted to later model cruiser disc brakes; fj6x series i believe, rear is drum but gone thru as well.
springs were cleaned up and painted, all suspension bushings replaced as well.........so basically the rolling chassis needs very little work.

This thing hasn't sold yet? Wow.

has'nt sold yet because i've been asked to take a few more pics of the cab corners and inside the bed. that's gonna be a pita cince the rig is full of parts, but it will happen early next week; after i get home from SNT.

G, Dave W. sounded pretty serious about the 60. I asked him for dibs on the motor.

PMed you on the 45.

No, i am over buying Cruisers just for the heck of it. And really, there is nothing that the guy left that would be worth coming all the way to Sonoma to retrieve. Just nuts and bolts, a PTO, and some of those ultra dorky early hub caps that nobody wants......oh and the metal TEQ tool box. See you this weekend at SNT.

your friend,
nick

bawahahahaha, always witty! can't believe you're actually coming to SNT?! righton!

:beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer::beer:
SNT for sure, I'll be there. Annabelle and I are packing the truck now.

maybe since no one is buying this, the 45 market bubble has popped:eek: Somebody should work you over and get that 60 and the 45 and combine the 2. i always wanted a 60 body on a 45 frame with the drum brakes and all.....

SWEET! -N. Dynamite

sale pending........

Not surprising. Thanks again for the PM; makes a lot more sense now. See ya tomorrow.

And fix your damn phone!;p

Hey Georg, I didn't know you had a 45 long bed. Well, now I guess you don't or at least have one fewer. ;)

This looks like it was a good deal.

I'm looking forward to seeing a build thread or a finished truck.

hey mike.
yeah, i had big plans for that truck but then reality set in.........
the new owner was pretty happy with the condition of the truck and did'nt hesitate picking it up. he has lots of experience with older 4wd rigs so the 45 is in good hands. :)
