i have a mid 60s cruiser pickup, fairly complete and in good shape except for the roof, but i have a spare roof to go with it. i also have a freshly rebuilt engine ( a 72 F ) and most of the parts to make it complete. i had big plans for this but i think reality has set in and there's no way i'll have the time i need to build this rig for what i want it to do.
basically, it's a rolling body but it does come wit hthe rebuilt engine and a 3spd trans and t-case. includes a lot of extra parts for that vintage cruiser, a bent head-ache rack, more extra parts,.....you get the picture. body is in pretty good shape, no major rust or dents or other damage. one of the bed sides needs some work ( some damage to the lower edge ) but it's very repairable.
the truck has been in CA all of it's life. you're welcome to stop by and take a look at it. located in stockton CA.
$4k.
i guess i should post some pics...........

SALE PENDING>>>>>>>>> SOLD

update!

forgot to mention, the body has been off the frame. the frame was stripped down and painted with rust-inhibiting paint. same goes for the axles. front axle has been converted to later model cruiser disc brakes; fj6x series i believe, rear is drum but gone thru as well.
springs were cleaned up and painted, all suspension bushings replaced as well.........so basically the rolling chassis needs very little work.

Damn it Georg!!!! Now you sell a complete 45. I have been all over California piecing mine back together.

You don't happen to have any spare j-hooks and clamps do you? :grinpimp:

Good luck with the sale.

I sent you a p.m. with what may be the perfect solution to what we've been talking about.

sorry tony, i had big dreams for this rig but it's just not gonna happen. not right now anyways. :frown:

i don't think i have any extra j-hooks, but i might have a buyer. ;)

thanks for all the replies guys. i got 8 pms about the truck so i replied to them all in order. right now jereme has dibs.

i don't want to sell anything seperate at this time. if the next owner decides to sell some of the parts, i will pass the word along.

here are a few pics. it's got the wrong year bib on it right now, but it comes with another bib that's the proper vintage.

did i mention it comes with a bunch of parts?! new and good used.......including a clean chrome hood strip, the new header shown above, the proper bib and a couple of bezels,.........and the bed is full of parts as well, including an extra set of rear cab corners for the removeable top. they're a little ruff but would make great trading material to save another top.......

thanks dan. there's just too much other stuff going on right now.......and i don't want to store the 45 for 2-3 years while it slowly deterriorates out in the elements. it's been stored indoors for most of it's life but i don't have room to keep it inside anymore. so it needs a new home. :frown:

Thanks for the chance Georg. I would have loved to have it, but my buyer just backed out of my rig.

I sent you a more detailed pm:bang:

Put me in line Georg. I'll talk to the missus in the morning and have a definite answer tomorrow.

I think my affliction is terminal!

make sure the new owner comes and gets the rest of the crap out of my garage that the PO before you left at my house........

you still got that 60 in the pictures on the trailer?
