I'm thinking about making brownies this weekend. Made some muffins last month, it was my first time baking cupcakes, turned out good.

I don't know what those are. Filled with meat, right? Do they get covered in a thick, heavy cream sauce and served with bacon?

Kidding aside, congrats. Baking is far harder to me than most other cooking methods. The measuring and precision requirements of the ingredient prep are mighty important. It got easier for me when I learned the difference between wet and dry measuring.

Damn. Now I want brownies.

Customer of mine dropped off some brownies at the shop one day. I asked her if they were "special". She laughed and said yes. Thought that was sarcasm. Had some pissed off happy customers that day.
