Its not only the cage that determines such matters... more important is to look at each and every single roller and make sure there is no sign of pitting or damage... and you must examine the bearing race to look for pitting and heat damage. These pictures are not enough to determine much.

As above, you need to look at the rollers for wear, discolouration (from overheating) and water damage - also inspect the bearing race. once they are all cleaned up and before you grease them put the bearing into the race and rotated it with finger pressure to check for roughness.

Your OE bearing is Koyo.
