cruise diesel, if you have time prior to the arrival of your Slee bumper, you can remove those lower bolts on the bottom of the frame rail that fastens the hitch/tow hook. Whoever put mine on really cranked them down. I used PB blaster and a breaker bar and consequently split the socket. I had to upgrade my air gun to remove them.
