What's that coil of cable for in the last shot?

I saw that sitting there when I was up there and wasn't sure, could be guy wire for the weather station that you can't quite see on the ridge behind my LC.

This is an old mining area, so there is all kinds of **** laying around... I was wondering about the mailbox just to the right of my LC in the above pic:

While we're on Imogene Pass....July 2007 was a fun decent down from the Pass. At the first switchback I removed myself WAY out of the way so an F150 coming up could pass. What does the guy do? He rides half in the snowbank trying to make the turn without backing up. DUMB! Stuck....out came my winch.

Timbo....nice cruiser! did you do the "standard" 50mm lift, good coils and slee diff drop and all that?

what shocks/coils did you use? Apologies if you already said that and banish me to search! but i'd like to know
