I have absolutely loved the last 2 years of ownership of my 2011 LX570. I have taken her from 100k miles to 120k. Mostly commuting but also some trails, obstacles and mud. I had the 120k service done that includes plugs and AHC flush and I added the change of fluids in the diffs, transfer case and transmission. It was a little speedy, but I just don’t have the time to do the things myself anymore.
I’ll tell you the vehicle drives like a brand new again. The plugs really changed the responsiveness and acceleration, the transmission fluid change really smoothed out my shifts (something I just thought was a part of being a truck compared to my other Lexus sedan) and changing out the AHC fluid (last done at 60k mi has really refined the ride quality in all 3 settings. I did not expect that at all! I am very pleased and glad that there is a noticeable difference for the money spent.
Even though these vehicles are tanks and can put up with a lot of abuse, it is important to keep up with the maintenance. Looking forward to the next 120k miles.

Replacing the fluids and oils is cheap insurance.
I'd add the engine coolant, steering, and brake fluid to a general list, but it looks like you have upgraded brakes already.

Yup, all the other has been done as part of the normal 120k service. Alone with filers, etc.

So who did you go with for this service? I am curious. Indy shop or dealer?

Did you go to Tony? He takes care of my Land cruisers.

I ended up going to Woodfield Lexus for a few reasons. I have had my LX and my ISF both there for recall work in the last 2 months and received terrific service when working with the service writer Tonya Plutz. I had great confidence in Tonya and the dealerships attention to detail. They did exactly what I asked, didn’t try sell me anything I didn’t need, had no problem with using the parts I supplied charged a fair price (IMO). Also I had a free loaner car for the two days while the work was done and absolute convenience. For me, it made sense as I have less time than money these days.
I can highly recommend working with Tonya at Woodfield. I would also add that their pricing was the same as the Toyota dealer but there was no free loaner or free car detail doing it there. Also they were not so familiar with the AHC.
