Haha...entertaining my options. I have 6 cars at my house every night...I have "parking" for 2 cars ...just makes sense for now. If I can't get what I want...I'll fix/restore and drive it. Then sell my Mazda and get an F250 and a trailer to tow the gold truck with...

Not to mention my 60yr old house needs attention haha...

Ha - that's exactly what I was planning on doing until my wife said no way we were getting a trailer - and I figured out how hard it is to find a nice f250.
 
what kind of house work do you need?

I have done so far...
New tile floor in my bathroom
Painted my bathroom, guest bathroom, laundry room.
Removed brick pavers from porch and walkway
Poured new concrete for front porch
Repaired drywall in kitchen and laundry room
Laid cork floors in my bedroom
Enamel painted all tile in my guest bathroom(mauve ain't my thing). Haha

I do the work myself but...to come...
Flagstone pavers leading to front porch
New windows and blinds for back of house
Lengthen privacy fence
Extend the carport and turn into garage
Granite/like countertops for kitchen and bathroom
New dishwasher, microwave, gas range
Refinish cabinets in bathroom and kitchen
Build back deck, install door to back yard
Replace cheap panel doors in bathrooms with solid wood doors

15-20budget doing it myself(with exception to the garage)

Agreed...I'm willing to spend 15k but not much more so it's slim pickins...

It is haha. One of my friends. We are going to add two supports on each side to te frame and go with round tube on the outer

Having solid-works and engineering degrees helps I guess.

I'm just the enlisted help since it cost me some tube, wire, and grinding wheels.

We have taken measurements from there. It's not a far cry from where my metal tech sliders are as we are welding to the frame. This trucks going to get interesting...
 
Passenger side completed with exception to frame mounts. Once I body lift it we will be perfect.

Are you still interested in my axle?

I could trailer my new one down this fall if I can crash on your couch (or ican pitch my tent) we should be able to swap both in a weekend with the right tools.
