The Big Big Big Give Away for XO’s The Big Thing - 406 Cruisers Members (3 Viewers)

The 406 Cruisers has a strong history of providing our members with unique opportunities and giveaways. Now, we have a new tremendous opportunity. Expedition Overland has helped the club obtain a few tickets to their “The Big Thing” event from July 10th thru the 13th. XOverland is looking to expand upon their grand opening from last summer to bring folks “hands-on, real-world deep dive into overlanding, where you’ll sharpen your skills, test your limits, and connect with other passionate overlanders”, held at their Ranch.

Eligibility/Entry:

This is for 406 Cruiser Club Members only. However, each member must still request entry to be eligible by emailing or messaging in. That can be done by responding to the MUD post, DMing @1989FJ (Rowe) or an active Board Member, or emailing the club at 406cruisers@gmail.com. Please provide your name and email address. This allows us to check against our active roster. Only a single entry per person, and no cost needed. We will collect entries up to midnight on June 23rd, and we will then draw for the five winners by the evening of June 24th.

Giveaway Items (5):

• 3 – Saturday Day Pass
  • Saturday, July 12, 2025. Valid for one (1) attendee admission. (Children ages 10 and under are free)
• 1 – Two Person Weekend Pass
  • Thursday, July 10th - Sunday, July 13t, 2025. Valid for two (2) attendee admission for the whole event. (Children 10 and under free) Includes one general campsite. Campsite upgrades are available.
• 1 – Family Weekend Pass
  • Thursday, July 10th - Sunday, July 13t, 2025. Valid for two (2) adults and children under the age of 18 admission for the whole event. (Children 10 and under free) Includes one general campsite. Campsite upgrades are available.

Once the winners are announced, the board will work out the details with each member for passing over tickets/event access. If a winner does not respond or claim their prize within 10 days, we will redraw for that item. (we just want to ensure these items go to good use )

Please know that this giveaway is still the result of club members dedication and dues that helped pay for these tickets (but, yes, we got some killer prices).

Amazing! One question - will there be the ability for someone to defer to a lesser level of prize to leave it for the next person? For example winning the family pass but it isn't relevant for someone without kids? I don't have a 10-18yr old, so if I was lucky enough to win the family pass, I would much rather take the two-person pass or a day pass to allow someone with some kiddos to have a crack at the family pass.
