Where does a stock Chevy TH350/NP205 crossmember mount to the trans/t-case?

Is the crossmember mounted to the trans output mounting area (looks kinda tight), or the trans/t-case adapter (easiest but hangs lower) or to the big mounting holes on the sides of the t-case, or some combo of these three?

I finally got around to installing a 350/TH350/205 in my Piggy this weekend & I need to fab up a trans/t-case crossmember. Maybe just use/modify a stock Chevy crossmember?

I haven't found any good pics on the Intard-web of how this stuff mounts up.

Just looking for ideas/suggestions/pics...

The standard procedure is to use the mount on the bottom of the 350/205 adapter. I used that and also made a mount for the side of the 205.

Thanks guys!

Did you just use rubber/poly pucks underneath the adapter area or is there a stock poly bushing that I can get?

I'm not the best welder or fabber, but this is how I did mine on my 55... I used a rubber stock mount I bought from Napa (12 bucks), and welded this crossmember together out of scrap metal. It slides up into two brackets I also welded to the frame, where a bolt on each side holds it up.. Like I said, its not the best, and I do need to paint it still, but hopefully it gives you an idea... I'd like to redo it, and try to get it further up... Also, notice my crooked driveline going to my LC axle.. :)
