PTO transfer case - just missing the lockout and lever. It will clean up very nicely.
I suspect it will fit a range of years and models, but it came off my 76. I have the universal joints and long drive shaft if interested. Bearings are very smooth.

Not sure I've ever seen a single direct PTO for the mid 1963 to 8/80 transfer case. Do you know it's history?

Interesting. I did some digging before I bought the truck. It was purchased in Spokane WA, and spent its life on a couple of ranches in mid Idaho. The marks on the case itself indicate Aisen Japan. The mechanical winch was very much cobbled together. The mid span pillow block was bolted to a bracket that was welded to the chassis. By a blind man in a thunderstorm.
The winch is manufactured by a company out of Houston,Texas. And the lever in the cab was very roughly assembled. You can see pictures on the first page or two of my thread.
So in conclusion this was not a factory install for sure.
