I don't think the PO knew how to tie things (4BT) into the OEM harness so... butchery and by-pass/re-route was the preferred option..

Put me on the list and hopefully we will talk soon.. Maybe we could meet up for sushi and a beer at Tora or Japango next time I come through...

So, before I go any further can any one post up ANY information about any differences in the wiring harnesses for 80-86 FJ60's?


That all being said, I need a donated wiring harness, must be complete body and engine. I'll even take two halves. You would never get it back so it can't be one out of someone's running cruiser. I will pay for shipping, and a small sum of money to make it worth your while. I need this to give to the manufacturer for specific development, so we can get this big old ball rolling!

The earliest FJ60s, maybe only up through 1981, had glass fuses instead of the blade type. Otherwise I think the harness was essentially the same across the years.

I think I have a complete harness out of an '84. Shoot me a PM as a reminder to dig it out and make sure it's complete.
