Contemplating selling my 2006 100 Series LC that is fully built with front ARB, BumpIt rear tire carrier and jerry can swing out, step rails, dual battery system, LightForce lights, Warn winch, etc, etc, etc.....

It has about 109,000 miles on it and the 90,000 service (water pump/timing belt, etc) was done closer to 100,000 miles so the work is fresh. New brakes, very well maintained, great looking vehicle.

Before I post pics and try to determine a price, I just wanted to throw it out there and gauge the interest.....

Comments/suggestions appreciated!!

Totally agree, needs some pics and price. I understand your hesitancy to post price but maybe a whats it worth post?

sounds like nice rig, I too would like to see how it looks.

etc etc etc is a bit vague. A more detailed description would be nice, for example any lift or suspension mods?

There is always interest in a well put together LC.

I surely regret selling mine!

Interest is a subjective value dependent upon price. You could sell three million a day at $100 each and never sell it a $40k. If you're looking for guidance post up your pricing thoughts. There's enough folks reading the classifieds without a conflict of interest that you'll get some solid guidance.

Do keep in mind that geography can mean a 20% swing and the more built it is the more variance you will have in opinion. I'd figure book for the hull plus 25% of you mod value as a starter. Notice I didn't say "investment". :-)

Post a price or off to chat. This is the for sale forum, not the testing the waters/fishing expedition forum.

Sorry for offending some of you by not being more specific - I don't have the time right now to provide all the information (especially photos) that you deserve.

I will likely price the vehicle at or near $34k but for now I will delete this thread.

Look for me in August....

I would say at $34k you will have it for sale for a while. Not impossible but not a quick sale either. I'd expect an 06 with 110k to be around $28k (sale price not asking price). Build up parts don't hold that much value so I'd say maybe $30k. Your trouble will be finding a guy with $30k+ for a trail rig who doesn't want to do it himself. YMMV. Best of luck!

I know it may have sounded harsh, but they stick to the forum rules pretty darn well here. It can be mentioned in chat without all the responses you got.

What stinks about all the goodies is they definitely don't improve resale much. I recently sold my 2006 with 88k miles for 28k. I paid 27 for it and had put tires on it. So I lost some monies on the deal.

Seriously put it in chat and I think you will get some good responses and probably someone seriously interested.

I can not for the life of me figure out how to delete or move the thread....
