TEQ & 4WD Polished Aluminum Plates

OK folks, I have a few ready to go now. (Help support my cruiser habit!)

These are 5/32" Aluminum, waterjet cut, hand polished. I did all the CAD work to create these, so they are "my creation" - not pilfered from somewhere else (the work, not the image). Aproximately 4" long. Alternative finishes, sizes & materials are available on request - just be prepared for a delay.

- Subtract $2 if you would like it un-finished (for a paint template)

I currently have 3 TEQ plates (one may be spoken for) $12 US or CDN shipped within North America.

I have 4 4WD plates. The 4 is cut seperately and attached after polishing. $15 US or CDN shipped within North America (price is more due to way more inches of cut in this one!)

For those of you waiting for stock, I recieved a bunch of both. The TEQ ones are good, but unfortunately all the 4WD ones are no good, the cutter for some reason didn't follow quite the same cutting path and the letters came out really badly. UNFORTUNATELY... this means more waiting...

Thanks for sticking with my guys... I am still waiting for my cuts to come in... The delay is caused by the large order that I am a very small part of! (we are cutting a few boats - big ones) so I really hope to be able to post up soon with more. If I need more after this batch (if I don't have my own machine up and running by then) I will look into getting them cut at a local lazer cutter. If they can do a good enough detail, I may be able to shrink the size down and get some "dog tag" sized TEQ's cut from stainless steel. -we shall see.

As for the "state of polish" I appologize if yours is not quite up to par - the first few I did by hand and they were all slightly different, I have since started using a buffing wheel and I am getting much better results. I also saw a different product used today that gave an absolute mirror finish on aluminum, so I will try to attempt this with my next batch - again, appolgies for not being as shiny as the picture (the picture is taken with a sheet of white paper above it to block out reflections, however this may have caused it to look brighter than it was?)

I heard rumor on friday that the cut is complete and headed our way. With any luck on Monday (feb 4th) I should recieve them. As soon as they are polished I will start shipping them out!

OK folks, good news and bad news....

I have recieved the new cut, however all of the 4WD ones have issues. Some of them are missing the center of the D, some are missing the center of the D and the R. I'm a little annoyed, as they were cut the same as last time so they should have turned out. It looks like I will have to modify the cut file a little for next time. Unfortunately that means more delay time....

The good news is all the TEQ ones are good. Soon to be all polished and ready to ship.

any way you can make the teqs in the size and mounting holes to replace the yota emblem on the grill of an 80 series? Please let me know if this is possible and i can even help with dimentions if need be
