Yup, thats the one, TOYO64B for the rear, with a great deal on shipping, I really think I am going to end up going with this deal, probably going to go ahead and get the cage for my 40 when I order them.

fyi, if you are only running 275/70s, then no spacers are needed to clear. stock will clear without rubbing. That's pretty much the limit with no lift. I have that on my 08 with zero rub.
I'm running the Radflos as well. Mine are actually the first pair of Radflos for the 200 series as Glenn and I worked to design them with proper clearances. I'm sure I have 50K miles on them by now. How does one know when it's time to rebuild?
