No, a PC is required and the Tesla units only run Android. You can run Torque on them with a Bluetooth OBD dongle to get basic readings though.

I know that part... but I was wondering if someone has done it emulating windows on android.

Bluetooth doesn't work for you? I tested Torque with my bluetooth dongle after I installed my unit and had it running.

Gotcha. A quick Google showed it is possible to run a PC emulator on android, but I haven't done it myself. This is something where I would pull the Tesla unit out and wire to a PC power supply for though, since it would probably take a bunch of tweaking to get running right.
