Techstream in SF Bay Area

I just installed a remote start in my 2015 LC, anyone in the SF bay area, preferably the peninsula have access to techstream to program the remote start function?

I'm also having trouble completing the registration step, I followed the 2013 install instructions, is there something different for 2015?
