It's the diagnostic tool (specifically software and cable) that techs for Toyota use via the OBD2 plug to pull detailed reports on the vehicle. For Lexus LX models, it's there for getting suspension pressures on the AHC system. It can also give FAR greater detail on codes and stats than a basic OBD2 reader.
