i got the cable and the software working on my laptop. thanks to the post of Getco. however a minor thing that could be a problem moving forward is there is no option for the 2018 LC on the software for the 1vd engine!!! it only allowed for the 3ur version. techstream version 12 already....any ideas?
techstream does not have engine option ivd for the 2018 lc200- what to do?

Does it detect your VIN? I had an initial install that wasn't fully unlocked/licensed that behaved incorrectly until I figured out the installation.

Getco to my rescue again... I was set to North America which only had the 3u as an engine option...
